Can I have only the Peso Account, or do I need to open other accounts?

Yes. You can keep only the Peso Account, with no obligation to open additional accounts.

The International Investment Account and the Global Account are optional and can be opened whenever you want, directly through the app.

If you want to enjoy all Inter benefits — such as investing in USD and using other international services — you also need to open the Investment Account and the Global Account.
