How to connect to the internet with InterCel Global on Android?
After installing your InterCel Global (a process that should preferably be done in Brazil using the Super App connected to Wi‑Fi), you need to check your Android device settings to connect to the internet. To do so:
- Your mobile device must be compatible with eSIM.
- The device must be in the country you selected when purchasing the chip.
❗️ Important: For the internet to work, it is essential to deactivate all active Brazilian lines. Keeping them enabled may interfere with the connection.
Then, follow the steps below:
- Access your Global Account by clicking on the “🌎” icon and select “Inter Cel Global”.
- Check the information of the chip that has already been installed.
- In “Main actions”, click on “Activation manual”.
- Choose your device’s operating system – Android.
