Can I block or cancel my Global Card?

To temporarily block your card:

1. Access your Global Account 🌎.
2. Go to Cards.
3. Select the desired card.
4. Tap Block.

You can also unblock it later through the same screen.

Cancellation

To cancel your Global Card, contact us through the Super App chat.

How to access the chat:

1. Open the Super App.
2. Tap the Profile icon in the upper corner of the screen.
3. Go to the Help Center.
4. Select Chat with our team.
